MPrototype is the service for those who want to quickly develop a new project and transform the idea into a finished product in a very short time.
3D PRINTED PROTOTYPES
Microfound uses the Projet MJP 2500 IC 3D printer to 3D print the wax models.
Perfectly integrated into the production process, the wax models allow us to obtain, without the construction of the mould, high quality prototype and pre-series castings with low surface roughness.

Microfound has an internal service specialized in surface treatments and finishes of metals and investment castings.
SURFACE TREATMENTS AND FINISHES
Post-casting surface treatments improve the aesthetic appearance and finish of the metal surface, but also its mechanical and physical characteristics, corrosion resistance and protection. These treatments are often necessary when the component is used in environments subjected to significant stress or aggressive agents, or in the case in which the products have particular handling needs, such as pharmaceutical, chemical or food products.
The choice of treatment and final finish depends on the type of steel or metal in which the component is cast and its future use.
Microfound, with the contribution of Bigliardi Gianni S.r.l., a historic company in the steel finishing sector, creates the new MFinishing service.
MFinishing is able to provide a wide range of treatments performed internally, in order to increasingly be your one supplier.
SCOTCH BRITE POLISHING AND SATIN FINISHING OF SHEET METAL AND ITS PROTECTION
Cold-rolled sheet metal is polished and satin finished with special rollers, in order to obtain the required finish. The final protection of the polished surface occurs by applying the PVC protective film for fiber laser.
